Hi, I'm Tiffany!

Former Health Science Teacher, Current School Counselor, & Creator of The Educator's Aide.

My first five years in education were spent in the classroom as a Health Science teacher. When I started at my school, I didn't even have a teacher's edition textbook. Like many educators, I built my classroom from the ground up—creating lessons, activities, and resources out of necessity.

Those classroom materials would eventually become The Educator's Aide.

When the world shut down in 2020, I remember teachers everywhere scrambling to keep students engaged. I was right there with them. My classroom was built around hands-on labs and real-world healthcare experiences, so teaching through a computer screen required me to rethink everything.

Like so many educators, I went searching for ideas, inspiration, and resources that could help me adapt. That's when I discovered Teachers Pay Teachers.

As I explored what other teachers were creating, I realized something important: that I had already spent years building my own library of classroom materials. From lessons and activities to review games, projects, and healthcare scenarios, I had created countless resources for my students because I needed them in my own classroom.

That's when it clicked. Maybe the things I was creating could help other teachers, too.

What started as a way to share resources and earn a little extra income quickly became something much bigger. Teachers were using my activities in their own classrooms, and I loved knowing that the resources I created were helping students beyond my own four walls.

During that same season, I was reminded why I love education so much. Students would join my virtual lessons just to say hello, stay connected, or share what was happening in their lives. Those moments reminded me that education is about so much more than content—it's about relationships.

As education continued to evolve after COVID, I began to see changes in how programs were measured and supported. Because Health Science was not a tested subject, many of my students were being pulled into courses that contributed acceleration points to the school grade. Enrollment in my program began to decline, and I realized I needed to think carefully about what the future might hold.

At the same time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the bigger picture of student success. The relationships I had built with students, helping them navigate challenges, set goals, and plan for their futures, had always been one of my favorite parts of teaching.

After a lot of prayer and reflection, I decided to return to school and pursue a degree in school counseling. What began as a practical decision quickly became a new calling. Today, I have the opportunity to support students in a different way while continuing to advocate for career readiness, student growth, and educational success.

Today, I serve as a school counselor, but I never stopped creating.

The Educator's Aide is built on years of real classroom experience. Many of the resources in my store were originally created for my own students and are continually updated, improved, and aligned to current standards so teachers can confidently use them in their classrooms today.

Every resource inside The Educator's Aide is inspired by real classroom experiences and designed with busy educators in mind. My goal is simple: create engaging, low-prep resources that save teachers time while helping students build meaningful academic, career, and life skills.

Whether you're looking for health science activities, employability skills lessons, career exploration resources, or classroom engagement ideas, I'm glad you're here.

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you find something that makes your day a little easier.
